TERMS OF SERVICE
1. About LoafKeep
LoafKeep operates https://shoploafkeep.com and sells reusable bread bags and related products. The seller is Antonio Berral Ruiz, sole trader (autónomo), NIF 31893459A, Carretera de Castro 117, 14009 Córdoba, Spain. Contact: shoploafkeep@outlook.com. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the commerce platform; LoafKeep is responsible for sales to customers.
2. Using our store
You must have legal capacity to purchase or permission from a parent or guardian where required. Provide accurate order, contact and delivery details. Do not use the store for unlawful purposes, fraudulent transactions or interference with the website.
3. Products
Please review the product description, dimensions and care instructions before ordering. Display settings and lighting can affect how colors appear. This does not excuse goods that are defective or materially different from their description. Bread freshness depends on the bread, its condition and storage; any stated freshness duration is not a guarantee for every loaf.
4. Orders, prices and payment
Prices, currency, discounts, shipping charges and taxes collected by us are displayed at checkout before payment. Import charges not collected at checkout are explained in our Shipping Policy. Available payment methods are those shown at checkout. We will confirm your order by email. If stock or a material listing error prevents fulfilment, we will contact you and refund any payment for an order we cannot fulfil; we will not substitute goods or increase an agreed price without your consent.
5. Shipping
We offer free shipping to the United States, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom. Preparation normally takes 1–2 business days, with estimated delivery 7–10 business days after dispatch. See our Shipping Policy for details, customs charges and delivery issues. Estimates do not limit mandatory delivery rights.
6. Cancellations, returns and refunds
You may cancel until order preparation begins by emailing us. Our voluntary return period is 60 calendar days from delivery, for products that are unused, unstained and in their original condition. Customers pay change-of-mind return shipping. Full instructions, refund information and exceptions for defective or incorrect goods are set out in our Return and Refund Policy. This voluntary policy does not replace statutory withdrawal rights or legal guarantees.
7. Consumer rights and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, applicable legal guarantees, liability for fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where goods are faulty, misdescribed or not delivered, available remedies are governed by applicable law. Consumers in Australia retain applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees, including remedies for a major failure and other failures covered by that law.
8. Privacy and intellectual property
Our Privacy Policy explains personal data processing. Website content, branding and designs belong to their respective rights holders. Reuse must respect applicable intellectual property law.
9. Applicable law and complaints
Spanish law governs these terms without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of residence. The competent courts and remedies are determined by applicable law. For complaints, email shoploafkeep@outlook.com with the relevant order details.
10. Changes
We may update these terms for future transactions. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing order.
